Pretty Big Sick Fountain Clock Tower

Well, there is going to be a like 15 feet tall clock tower made out of brown brick and stuff. Fountains will surround the clock tower and shoot out over the cars as they drive around the roundabout. Same concept as shown in the picture below. The fountains that will shoot over the cars will be neon colored at night time.
